1. RICHCLOUD SOLUTIONS LTD is the legal and beneficial owner of eKanisa

2. eKanisa is a web based system aimed at simplifying church operations, while increasing efficiency

3. eKanisa is offered in a 'Software as a Service' model, meaning that the church pays monthly subscriptions at the rates shown in the pricing document

4. The Company warrants that the software will perform as described, but subject to the Church's use of the software

5. The Church shall refrain from offering the system for use by Third Parties in whole or in part

6. You are allowed to use a 30 day trial, to preview how the system works.

7. Invoices are automatically sent to the specified email address

8. Should you wish to pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually, the same is done upfront

9. Incase you wish to cancel, ensure you do so on or before the end of the 14 day period

10. Bulk SMS are at the rate of Ksh 1 per page per SMS. The units do not expire; There is no set minimum for purchasable units
